At BlackBeard Multi-Concept Ltd., we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable shopping experience. As a global dropshipping business, some of our products are shipped from international suppliers, which may affect delivery timelines and return logistics.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY NOTICE (VERY IMPORTANT)
  • Orders are processed and shipped from our trusted international partners.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • Lagos: 5–10 working days
    • Other states: 7–14 working days
  • Delays may occur due to customs, logistics partners, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to the nature of international dropshipping, returns are limited and only accepted under the following conditions:
  • Item is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is significantly different from what was ordered
3. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
We do NOT accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Delay in delivery
  • Slight color/size differences (due to lighting or manufacturing)
  • Incorrect size selection by customer
  • Used or worn items
  • Custom printed shirts (unless defective)
This is because products are shipped internationally and cannot be resold once returned.
4. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

5. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are ONLY issued if:
  • The issue is verified with clear evidence (photo/video)
  • The product is confirmed defective or incorrect
Refund Options:
  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit (recommended for faster resolution)
Processing Time:
  • 5–10 working days after approval
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY (PREFERRED)
Instead of returns, we prioritize:
Free replacement or resend
  • For defective or incorrect items
  • Subject to availability

6. RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

  • In most cases, returns are not required due to high international shipping costs
  • Customers may be asked to:
    • Provide video proof
    • Or dispose of the item after approval

 If a return is required:

  • Customer may cover return shipping unless the error is from our end

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

To file a complaint:

  • Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or Email
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos
    • Description of the issue

9. CUSTOMER ASSURANCE

We understand concerns about online shopping in Nigeria, especially with international delivery. That’s why we:

Return Window:

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
